I’ve lived here since the beginning of the year. It started as a good experience when vacancy was low, but it quickly turned into a time-consuming nightmare.
It began with an ant infestation and management dismissing my concerns. Then my apartment was flooded, and the cleaning job afterward was terrible—my lamps still have dirt and possibly mold growing on them.
Later, my A/C stopped working. I emailed management, submitted two maintenance tickets within six days, and even informed them in... person. Somehow, they still claimed it was my fault for not letting them know—that’s the level of customer service you can expect here.
Then my $2,300 bike was stolen from their so-called “secure” bike room. Management was not helpful at all. They refused to show me the security footage and only sent it to the police after I filed a report. To this day, I still haven’t seen the video.
More recently, my $2,500 medical device was stolen, and once again, the response was simply, “We don’t have it.” No effort to help, no accountability.
To make matters worse, every time I posted on the community’s internal forum about safety concerns or requests for help, my posts were deleted. That’s why I’m posting this review publicly—so others can be aware of what really happens here.
Overall, I haven’t felt safe living here, and dealing with these ongoing issues has taken valuable time out of my day. If you care about safety, quality, and responsive management, I strongly discourage you from living here.
