Units are polished with upgraded appliances and location is very convenient and walkable. Neighbors are chill with a select few who do not respect shared spaces, leaving trash, spills, and pet waste without cleaning after themselves. Management has gone downhill, they are condescending and unorganized, and blame you for their deficiencies in communication. Maintenance team has been fantastic, they are reliable, helpful, and very warm people.

Overall, good value for rent price. Some noise from Metrorail and dogs barking or people talking on sidewalk below windows or in hallways. No advance notice when office will be closed. Nice office staff.

I had always left a good review for the rail since I been living here for 3yrs, but this time they have different management since, this management suck. There emergency phone don’t even work. No body answers so idk why they even had one . Change my lease without even telling me.
