Over the past year staying at VGF, we have noticed that the community amenities are not well maintained. This community is supposed to be gated, but the gates have not been working since August 2024. This year, the pool was closed for the entire Memorial Day weekend — a time when people are off work and planning to relax and enjoy the pool. There are also a lot of mosquitoes in the community, which makes us feel that pest control — which we are paying for on a monthly basis — is not being... performed regularly.

We really like our place, the view of the pool,and the gorgeous large oak trees on the property. It is peaceful and quiet here. The management at The Village is genuinely approachable, empathetic and kind. Great job on remodeling the pool and the gym last year.

Management is nice, the complex is pretty well maintained. They took the doggy bag dispenser down near building 10 and 2 (annoying). Plus the water bill has been unreasonable recently, over $70 with no offers to figure out the issue

I like it here. The only thing is the neighbor across has a dog that barks almost all day. It starts early morning. I get it the dog goes on the patio. It should be the owners responsibility to stop the dog from barking. This is an everyday and almost all day situation.

They offer excellent service and it is a very safe community, especially very good hygiene, they definitely offer good attention, I highly recommend it, not to mention that it is a place that offers a nice and cool space for children
