I really like my apartment and feel it's quiet, neighbors are nice and my maintenance issues are addressed quickly. I think the complex could be better at communicating changes in a timely manner, answering the phone more promptly, and keeping better care of the pool. The pool was a main selling point for me in living here, and I feel like it's closed very often and it needs more regular cleaning.
