The property manager really puts the effort to make this community a better place. The location is what sales this property, a couple of blocks away from high end retail and dining, and if you're an outdoor enthusiasts, you ha e many parks and Greenbelts.
This will be my last Garden style landscape apartment that I will living because residents have lost the respect for their neighbors and community. You will constantly see pet owners leaving their dog poop on the ground. That is a BIG issue... here.

Great Location. Well established apartments. Gym has been redone, but is lacking equipment, and they have a bike that no one uses because it isn't hooked up to the internet. Pool has already been closed 3 times since it's been warm enough to swim. Staff is friendly. Some of the gates work, and others are broken.

We’re glad to hear you enjoy the location and have had positive interactions with our team. At the same time, we understand your... frustrations regarding the gym equipment, pool closures, and gate functionality.
Please know that your feedback is being taken seriously. We are currently evaluating the fitness center to identify opportunities for additional equipment and improvements, including addressing the connectivity issue with the bike.
Regarding the pool, maintaining proper chemical balance and safety standards can sometimes lead to temporary closures, but we recognize how important consistent access is and are working to minimize disruptions moving forward.
As for the gates, we are aware that some are not functioning as they should and are actively working with vendors to complete repairs as quickly as possible. We understand how important this is for both convenience and peace of mind.
We appreciate your honesty, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve. If you’d like to share any additional details or suggestions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the office directly.

Peaceful and close to restaurants including the Domain shopping center. Nearby grocery stores like HEB, Whole Foods etc. Immediate access to Mopac and main hospital in less than half a mile away.
