I really like my apartment and feel it's quiet, neighbors are nice and my maintenance issues are addressed quickly. I think the complex could be better at communicating changes in a timely manner, answering the phone more promptly, and keeping better care of the pool. The pool was a main selling point for me in living here, and I feel like it's closed very often and it needs more regular cleaning.

For the most part, we really enjoy this apartment community. The location is great, on the Walnut Creek Greenbelt and walking distance to the Domain. It is our first experience living in an apartment since selling our home. The staff are friendly, and professional and do a good job of maintaining the property. However, there are a few things that are concerning – in the year and a half since we moved in, they have changed Property Manager’s three times and we have noticed high turnover in their... maintenance staff. The major issues we have asked to be addressed, are still not fixed. The entry gates have been out of service for over a year. The grills in the pool area don’t function properly. And the pool has been closed six times now this summer for a week or more due to an inability to get the chemical balance right. The pool area is lovely and one of the main reasons we chose the Village at Gracy Farms. But here we are, just days before a holiday weekend and our pool is green.
