The Villas at Southport

We have loved our time at the Villas at Southport! My husband and I have lived here for 20 months, and our apartment feels like home—adorable, spacious and quality built. The mature trees create a peaceful atmosphere, and we've enjoyed the shaded pool and pickleball courts. The management staff is friendly and very responsive. Great vibes all around; we will miss this place. If you prefer boxy apartments with thin walls and a view of a hot parking lot on all sides, this isn't the place for you!

I have absolutely loved living here. Moving out next month feels bittersweet but what was supposed to be a one year post divorce apartment ended up being three because I was so happy for so long.

It’s a really quiet area and the tenants are friendly, but keep to themselves. I’ve never had to file a noise complaint or had to complain about a neighbor. The pools are nice and generally speaking it’s a no-frills complex that’s conveniently located and feels safe.

I lived in one of the… pre-renovation units which is the only reason it’s four stars instead of five, but I have
seen the newer ones are absolutely gorgeous, and he even still enjoyed my own with the bit of disrepair it’s in.

We lived in The Villas for 2 years and it was the best place for our first home in Austin. The community is awesome.

We lived in a one-bedroom loft. Clocking in about 900 square feet, it was perfect for two people and a pup. I really liked that The Villas has different apartment options, not just layouts, but duplexes, fourplex, and a few 8 or 10… unit buildings, too! This part was a big draw to the community and living here because you feel like you truly have your own space and aren't just in a huge high-rise apartment building sharing your walls with 500 neighbors.

I've lived here for a year now in the 2/1 loft style unit and I am renewing my lease. This place has so much character, and I love having a back yard for gardening!! Management is fantastic, Tiffany and Ilean are always friendly and responsive. Any maintenance request i've had has been resolved promptly. Looking forward to another great year here at the Villas.
