The application and move-in process at Tramor at Oak Run was super smooth! I was approved promptly and they were flexible with my move-in date which was so appreciated. They were super helpful and responsive with any issues, including making sure the unit was spotless for me and quickly repairing some minor issues with the unit. This has continued past move-in as well, they always get back to my maintenance requests and are flexible with scheduling them since I have a dog in the unit. I've lived here for 3 years and wouldn't rent an apartment anywhere else in south austin. The location is great (inner circle, skyline views, 15 min to the airport...) and the amount of trees and green space onsite are unprecedented in this zip code. It's got a summer camp happy vibe, with solid amenities and a good neighbor community for those interested. The office has always been responsive and helpful. I have lived here for 5 months as of today. If you are looking to move in here BE CAREFUL. A few weeks ago my car was stolen from right outside my residence. The management company says they have security patrolling the complex through the night, but they don't seem to have any affect on the actual security of the complex. On top of this there are ZERO security cameras in the entire complex, which makes your car a prime target for thieves. If you are thinking about moving in here I would... recommend taking every measure to secure your residence, as well as your vehicle. I have lived at Oak Run for a year now, and it has been one of my most favorite places to live! I love the culture of the complex- the people, staff, and the environment! I was lucky enough to get a unit on the greenbelt (highly recommend), and the view was amazing! The staff are very friendly and attentive, which is such a blessing when living in an apartment. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for an affordable spot close to downtown!

I have lived at Oak Run for close to a decade and have enjoyed every bit of it. They have so many different floorplans to choose from (I have lived in 3 different ones myself!) and options for yards. Very close to every major highway, food, downtown, etc. I have loved living in this location and will miss South Austin. We bought a house or we would still be at Oak Run. It is an older property so expect some normal maintenance to need to be done. Maintenance is very prompt and communicative so... don't let that deter you. I have never had any trouble with pests or anything like that. They have great amenities and if I wasn't such a shut in I would have used them more. There are 3 pools, a dog park, pickleball court and laundry facilities (if you don't have the hookups). Alright I'm going to wind this down I don't want to be writing a book I just wanted to give my honest feedback of my stay and I'm sure I left things out but the overall takeaway is, Oak Run is lovely and the atmosphere is chill. Can't get much better than that in the heart of a big city.
