Best deal in town, close to TAMU and St Joseph

Lived here a few months ow and so far the place is great.
Wifi is free even by the pool.
Staff are friendly and the apartment is HUGE.
Not had chance to use the community smoker yet but am looking forward to it.

New Pictures PLEASE

The picture above is from about 2 or 3 years ago. The new owners took over soon after I moved in and have since replaced or upgraded pretty much everything. My building has new siding, paint, windows and doors. They're still working on the back building but the rear lot is really big so no big deal. Worth it for the windows alone, cut my light bill way down.
The pool is closed right now but it's sparkling clean in summer. New sign is pretty cool, as is the giant Christmas tree.
Several stores... are really close, as is the #12 TAMU shuttle so I don't bother driving to campus. I wouldn't mind a walking distance bar but otherwise no complaints at all.
