A good location and family events do NOT make up for all the fees they will charge you when you move out. We are being charged $1000 for carpet replacement when we clearly documented that the carpet was disgusting before we moved in. The previous tenants had pet(s) and the carpet was clearly not replaced or at the very least properly cleaned. We had to buy a professional grade carpet cleaner and air purifiers because we were all having severe allergies. Our toddler had hives all over her body... and fever and my husband and I had severe congestion and migraines until we spent $500 on buying air purifiers and a carpet cleaner. Now they are saying that because the carpet was stained UNDERNEATH, we have to pay to have it replaced. We figured there had to be some kind of mistake so we contacted management but they stand by their decision. Even with pictures and proof of the complaint early on, they said they called the front office to confirm and therefore stand by their decision to charge us $1000. I previously moved in and was promised a free months rent in July. The day before move in I was informed that they would not be honoring the free month. Horrible customer service experience.

Best management I've ever had. I've lived here for around 3 years. The management here are always smiling and friendly. Some of the best people I've ever had. Roxy, Julisa, and a newer gentleman, will make sure you taken care of. The complex is nice in general and decently new.
