DO NOT MOVE HERE
If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE! My husband and I were here for 2 years before we purchased our home in January of 2021. There is not enough parking for the amount of units there are, it has always always been an issue. On top of that, we just moved out 1/19/21, and I hired a professional cleaner to do the full move out clean (I have receipts as well), and I get hit with a bill today for $90 for carpet cleaning, $210 for regular cleaning and $115 for paint and a charge of $99... (they are keeping my deposit) I am livid and when I called today, the manager was unavailable to handle the situation. My attorney will be taking over moving forward because this is ridiculous. I would not have paid money out of my own pocket to do a full move out clean, if these apartments were going to hit me with a $600 bill a few days after we moved out. Also, I tried to set up a walk through before handing over the keys to make sure all was good / any concerns could be brought up to me and the leasing office said that they are short staffed and weren't able to do so but that if anything, they would give me a call (which they didn't) Hopefully they respond with urgency to my attorney, she will be sending them a letter by the end of this week!
