Century Cedar Hill

I’ve had a solid experience living at Century Cedar Hill. The community is well kept, and the location is convenient for work, shopping, and daily errands.

I especially want to recognize Ms. Tina and Stephanie in the office. They’ve both been helpful, responsive, and professional whenever I’ve needed assistance. It makes a big difference when management actually communicates and follows through.

This review is a bit overdue, but that's only because I’ve been too busy enjoying my new home and community!

I first reached out to the “Midtown Cedar Hill” team back in March 2025 and from the very beginning, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. I was in the middle of selling my home and didn’t have a confirmed move-in date—which could have been stressful—but the leasing team made everything seamless. My first contact was with Elijah, his knowledge and wit had me eager to complete... the application process. The other team member, Lysi, LaSonia and Chad were patient, professional and genuinely understanding throughout the entire process. The entire team was very transparent about all things required for move-in and I could not ask for better communication.

From the quiet, well-kept grounds to the welcoming community vibe, everything about Midtown Cedar Hill has exceeded my expectations. It’s clear the team takes pride in what they do and it shows.

I really enjoyed these apartments. They are top three on my list! The staff was very sweet and helped answer all my questions. The property manager even came out at the end of my tour to see if I liked everything and wanted to apply! I think I’ll be choosing this place to live :)
