Resident Feedback Summary
Resident Duration: 7 Months | Overall Rating: 7/10

While I have appreciated several aspects of living at AlpineTen55, I have decided not to renew my lease at this time. To assist the team in improving the community experience, I’ve summarized my feedback below:

The Positives
Management Team: The staff is consistently receptive, pleasant, and professional when addressing resident matters.

Property Upkeep: The grounds and lawn are well-maintained. The cleaning staff...
does an excellent job keeping the hallways and elevators in my building tidy.

Key Concerns Leading to Non-Renewal
Safety & Security: The entrance door to Building 2 is always unlocked. This compromise in building security is a primary concern for me as a resident.

Sanitation Issues: Trash frequently overflows from the neighboring compactor onto the walkway. This creates an unsightly and unsanitary path for residents and pets.

Mailroom Logistics: The current mail process is inefficient. A transition to a secure locker system is highly recommended to ensure package security and ease of access.

Maintenance Execution: My recent experience with maintenance (work orders closed without entry/notification and the use of odorous equipment in my home) highlighted a need for better communication and sanitation standards during repairs.

Conclusion
I have enjoyed the overall aesthetic and the interactions with your team, but the combination of security lapses and logistical frustrations has influenced my feedback today. I hope this feedback is helpful for future community improvements.
