A rollaway bed is tucked in each bedroom closet for flexible sleeping arrangements.
This home is ideally located 1 mile from Kyle Field and 5 minutes from Century Square and the Northgate District. Torchy’s Tacos, Fuego, Napa Flats and The Republic are all nearby.
Smoking and vaping are not allowed in or on the property, and if any evidence of smoking is detected, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze, and you will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $300 will be retained plus $25 per person. Pets are not allowed. Parking is only allowed in respective areas on the property, and parking in the street overnight is prohibited. Towing is enforced, and any illegally parked cars are subject to towing, with applicable fines/towing fees being the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty, you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogs the plumbing system, you will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair. Fires are not allowed on the property, and absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. All trash must be bagged when placed in the dumpster. There will be a $20 charge if this rule was not followed. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. Any guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises. Should there be security cameras, guests may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges for the full amount of the damages caused by such failure.
