This maybe my first ever complaint about Cambridge Hall in the past 2.5 almost 3 years. The dryer in the second floor machine #16,17,18 never completely dry my clothes. In fact, it is as wet as I took out from the washing machine. Wasting me $6.75. No action of refund or anything after I told the staff of Cambridge Hall or the customer service of the washing machine company.
And no downgrade for meal plans, just upgrade. I currently get braces for my teeth and it’s hard for me to eat. Not... everyday I can eat at the cafeteria, so I tried to get a downgrade from Unlimited to like 15 or 30 meals/month for my next year lease that I have already signed. But there are no option to. Why upgrade but no downgrade? Doesn’t make any sense.

We are so sorry to hear about your experience with the dryers and the meal plan options. It's frustrating when you're not getting the results you expect, especially when it involves wasted money. We understand how inconvenient it is to have clothes... that aren't properly dried, and we apologize that this has been a recurring issue.
We also want to acknowledge your difficulty with the meal plan given your dental work. It's understandable that you would need flexibility, and we regret that the current options don't accommodate your specific dietary needs at this time.
