I've been living here for over two months, and honestly, the experience has been frustrating. The management can be awful. My electricity bills have been insanely high—anywhere from $300 to $500 a month—and there’s no reason for it. I've brought this up over a dozen times now, but almost nothing has been done.
They are really dragging their feet on this, taking weeks without any progress. I lived there for one year 2023-2024. The place is horribly roach infested and has no pest control. Surprisingly, they still charge you for pest control!!!
The manager keeps the door locked during working hours and does not pick up the phone or answer any emails.

Apartment management is lazy and won’t lift a finger on problems. They had me without hot water for over a month and gave zero form of compensation or stipend on rent. They also have a horrible problem with bugs and continually won’t spray. They then will try to charge you and convince you it’s your fault. They wrote in their contracts under special provisions that all utilities are included and then will have you paying for your own electric, gas, water, and sewage.
