Champions on Luther Street

As far as what college students need, this place is great. Appliances work okay, parking is right outside the door, and maintenance is pretty solid. Every now and then there are parties either at Champions or at the frat house, but they are minor annoyances. Brian is a good landlord.

This is the place to live! The landlord is great. When things break or you have questions, he and his maintenance team act immediately. There was one time that the disposal in my apartment broke and they were over and fixing it within 10 minutes! These apartments are 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom, with large living rooms and kitchens. Bonuses: each apartment has 3 designated parking spots right out front/behind their duplex. And there is plenty of room for more people to park along the street. Each... apartment is configured as a duplex, so you share one wall with your neighbors. While I was living there (2 years), we hardly ever heard our neighbors, so there must be great insulation! Each apartment has its own spacious backyard with a small concrete patio for grilling. All of the lawn maintenance is done for you. The rental price is great for the amount of space and the amenities that you get. I totally recommend this apartment complex and company (Brico Management/4Ags) to anyone.
