Alta Sergeant Apartments

Everyone is so very nice. The apartment complex and my apartment are one of the nicest I have seen. The pool can be full of kids, and my apartment faces the pool on the 1st floor so you would think that the noise level would be high. It is when you are outside the sound of kids having fun (beautiful noise), but when you go inside my apartment you cannot hear them at all. Just show the high standard that was used during the building process.

The staffing at the location I’m leasing to were so well spoken and kind they broke things down so I could better understand what I’m leasing and things that happen at the unit and office events

It’s honestly great, except some thin walls problems. Other than that, the space is beautiful, appliances work great, and its close to a lot so you’re never stuck without something. It’s a great first home.

Danielle was a big help at answer all my questions and concerns & has made this moving process quite smooth! Also the complex looks really clean and I hope to have a good experience living here!

You are not going to want to miss this tour! The property and community building are gorgeous! 24/7 access to the coffee machine unlike most apartments in this area.
