Its alright! Has everything you would pretty much need in an apartment. When I moved in I had to fill out a lot of things on the walk through sheet even though I was the first person to live in that unit.

Spacious, upscale yet cozy living right in the middle of Conroe, TX. The grounds are well cared for, the amenities are what you'll need and the service is friendly and professional.

We’ve lived at Alta Sergeant since August. Cynthia in the leasing office is amazing — she was a big reason we chose this place, and the staff is generally polite and responsive. That said, our experience hasn’t matched the leasing pitch. We were harassed by a neighbor over a non-assigned parking spot and ended up installing security cameras to feel safer. That neighbor still behaves aggressively, and despite reporting it, nothing has changed. We’ve also seen frequent safety issues — break-ins,... suspicious activity, speeding drivers — and inconsistent follow-up from management regarding certain issues. Fees can also be unclear after the promo period, so ask for a full breakdown. This place has potential and kind neighbors, but unless safety and communication improve, it's hard to feel fully at home.
