the new office staff has been a complete change in this complex. i appreciate how responsive and nice they are. one thing that irritates me is the residents that do not clean up their dog poop. SOOOO ANNOYING to have to clean my dogs paws from the dog park because people will leave their dogs poop for my dog to step in it

At the beginning lacked make ready prior to move. Was disappointed in the maintenance team for not checking correctly prior to my move in date.
Ever since, the overall experience has been well, no issues at this time. Thanks to the leasing team on being ready to help out at anytime.

I truly love Alta! It’s really quiet , it feels like home, the only complaint I’d have is the water temperature in the shower, besides that it’s pretty cool, The staff isn’t bad, the few interactions I’ve had were ok .
