Shouts out to JJ and her team with Sam and Liz at the Riverwalk apartments in Conroe Texas, it don't get no better than this. These ladies are by far the most warm polite and personal people you will ever meet, along with their knowledge of the facility the floor plans and all there is to providing exceptional customer//client services with the aura and style of goddesses in the flesh.

Was absolutely blown away by their ability, their presence and their personality.

I lived there for 6 months and actually liked the apartment itself. It was a lot of space for the money, even if it was old. The management was the worst, however. I had a loss in my family around the time I moved in and forgot to put the parking sticker on my car. With no warning at all, it was towed to Harris county and $300 later I got back. They must get kick-backs from the towing company which apparently patrols the lot every day. They also "inspected" my apartment multiple times in... the few months I was there. They are "nanny" managers who have such a high turnover that they don't even respect that the apt. is yours and don't leave you alone. Plus the gate was broken 4 of the 6 months I was there. It's a bad sign when corporate won't give a complex any money to fix anything. Avoid this place! Read More

No place is ever perfect but so far I have not had any complaints worth mentioning. I’ve met some great neighbors that have become friends, the staff at the office and including maintenance are always friendly and willing to help. The office hosts fun activities throughout the year to create a sense of community - they even raffled Houston Rodeo tickets this year! The apartment itself is wonderful, i have a cozy one bedroom and even after having our baby it is still comfortable because storage... is great here. The bathroom is spacious, with a large countertop, and our patio is big enough to fit a smoker, grill, bike, and our plants. Bedroom fits our king size bed and crib , closet is walk in and spacious too. Overall am happy here and would only move out if it were to buy a house. JJ and her crew are awesome. They hold Community functions once every month or so that are a lot of fun. They also do contest and raffles where you can win awesome prizes. They always have a smile and make you feel at home. I am so glad that my family and I found this place and highly recommend it to anybody.

J.J. Williams (Community Director), helped me and my beloved throughout the Apartment Leasing. She was professional at all times. She took us to see 2 model of apartments (Harbor and Terrace), they were in great conditions. The surrondings are clean and peaceful.
