Glad to Call it Home

I've been here for over two months now and am very happy with my apartment and the complex. The staff is so helpful and the maintenance is on top of things. The lawn is kept up to perfection and the garbage bins are emptied regularly. There is a shortage of parking spaces so that should be considered. Otherwise, great place.

There are rats

It is not good that they come to live there I lived for five years there for my children's schools I left because my car was stolen twice and then a plague of rats came you know report this and I have videos and the manger does not He did nothing and the water does not say 100 $ I have all that saved if you want I send you photos and the video of the rats I am also sorry but they did not go to that place of torment I lived in the complex of the 14 you know that I do not tell lies

Overall a nice and peaceful community

I really love my townhome here, the community is peaceful and quite for the most part. The staff at the leasing office are friendly and helpful.

I do recommend this complex of apartments, it is quiet.
The staff at the office is so nice and accessible will help you out answering your questions.
And whenever is a problem like with the water they will give you a response.
When we fill out the application they helped us out and explained all the plans.

lived there 2.5 yr

Good price for rent, people are friendly, and office staff are polite, but car was vandalized 3 times over 2.5 years and maintenance staff does not respond unless something major.
