Lived here for 3 years now, still love it

Been here since 2022-2023ish and still enjoying my stay, I switched to a larger unit with washer and dryer connections and a cute fire place. The complex thankfully has an onsite gym so I can walk downstairs and work out, plus it faces the pool directly which is nice to look at while I exercise. It’s right next to a quiet park that’s peaceful too.
Maintenance is always swift and the guys are friendly, sidewalks and paths are regularly swept and kept looking clean, my maintenance orders are... taken care of promptly.
Desire at the front office is always a big help in answering my questions and getting things done for me and fellow residents. I just renewed recently and will be here another year :)
