There are too many default and issues with the apartment especially the water , pipes and heater issues
Most of kitchen appliances are old and have issues
Recently my car ‘tyres and rims got stolen while parking inside the complex
The management office employees were very unhelpful
Please keep away from staying here

Best living experience I’ve ever had. Everyone there was so friendly

I have lived in several apartments, and this is the first time I was living in my own so I was very worried. However, the staff made my move in process so easy. Living here has been amazing. The staff is so sweet, the property is kept very clean, the maintenance requests are completed quickly, also the new remodeling is beautiful. Rosemary is a great place for a great price.

Been here 2 years new owners made great changes much better than last owners. They show concern for the tenants unlike the last owners
If a dog has fleas then buy a flea collar there are mosquitoes, grasshopper ,ants, bees outside they can't control nature no bugs in our apts. Thank you Rosemary for making things a lot better around here

Do not I repeat do not come here it looks nice And seems nice but these people change the cost of your monthly rent each month even after you have signed a contract of a set amount but they continually change it and change it and change it and there grass is infested with fleas I can't even take my dog out without him getting fleas on him
