I’ve lived at Rosemary Apartments for two years now, and unfortunately, I would not recommend living here. When I first moved in, the experience was great. The office staff was friendly and helpful, and maintenance was responsive and reliable. However, after my first year, new management took over, and things have steadily declined since then. The current office team is difficult to deal with. Simple questions are often met with attitude, and communication feels frustrating rather than helpful.… They also don’t answer calls or emails so if you have questions, comments, or concerns you have to go directly to the office. Package handling is unreliable, with items going missing, and maintenance requests can take weeks to be addressed, even for important issues. Residents are also required to use an extremely slow internet provider, which makes working from home or streaming very difficult. On top of that, there are serious cleanliness and health concerns. Mold develops in the vents, which has caused noticeable health issues, and pest control is ineffective, roaches appear regardless of how clean you keep your apartment. To make matters worse, rent increases seem to happen frequently and without proper notice, which adds to the overall lack of transparency and trust. Overall, what started as a positive living experience has turned into a frustrating and disappointing one. I would strongly encourage anyone considering moving here to look at other options. Read More
