I’ve had a great experience living at Seagrove Apartments. It’s a quiet and peaceful place to live, which I truly appreciate. The maintenance team is always quick and efficient whenever I submit a request, and they get things done in a timely manner.

The property manager is also very professional, helpful, and responsive. You can tell they really care about the residents and keeping the community running smoothly.

I drove by and saw these apartments while out apartment hunting. I called at the last minute to schedule a viewing and they obliged thankfully!! I liked what I saw and filled out the application, was approved in 24 hours! Got an email stating I need to go over the lease and all that jazz, which was supposed to be included in the email, but it was not! I called and left a message and no response 48 hrs later! So I called again this morning and still no response! So, I guess that means I am... apartment hunting again, since there is no communication with their leasing office! Read More

For three long weeks, essential utilities like hot water, AC/heating, and even a functioning stove were unavailable. With temperatures inside dropping to a chilling 50 degrees, everyday tasks became... arduous, and simple comforts were luxuries I no longer had. The persistent power fluctuations added to the frustration and raised concerns about safety within the premises.

What compounded this ordeal was the lack of communication and responsiveness from Seagrove Apartments’ management. Despite my attempts to reach out for assistance, there was a noticeable absence of urgency or proactive measures to address these pressing issues. This neglect was particularly disheartening given my long-term tenure as a resident.

Moreover, the management's compensation attempt—providing a $300 deduction after rent was due—felt like an afterthought and did not adequately address the inconvenience and distress caused by the month-long ordeal.
