Ceiling fan noise Fan was cleaned and a ribbon was removed which was not visible from the floor. Sprayed with WD-40. Still some noise but better than it was. Area was left cleaner than it was. As always, we appreciate the pleasant maintenance personnel!

IT TOOK A MONTH TO FIX The AC went out in my apartment and they checked it the next day. Then they said they would have to order a part. Then they took a week and a half to just order the part and brought me a potable AC unit (did not bring one for my roommate). The unit would trip breakers and when they did finally get a portable AC unit for the roommate’s room it was old and busted and flooded his room, damaging everything that was on the floor, bookshelves, bed frame, and other small items.… It has been terrible. We asked what we could do to offset the unlivable status of our apartment, and they said they wouldn’t do anything. It has been 80 degrees consistently houston has been under a heat advisory for the last month. We will be taking legal actions against Crossroads Ranch.

Issues I have lived here 5 year great community just have issues with neighbors smooking weed in unit and causing smoke come in my unit through vent multiple emails nothing gets done
