I have been a resident at Cortland North Haven since 2018, & it is a wonderful place to live! I love my apartment & that it has an attached garage, which few complexes offer. The pool area is beautiful & well maintained, & they recently remodeled the workout room. Sheila, Brooke'lyn & Eddie in the office are all fantastic & continually make me feel valued & appreciated as a resident. The maintenance team also do a great job, whether it's simply changing out my air filter or the few times I've... had other maintenance requests over the years.

The Best!
I recently moved into these apartments, and it has been fantastic so far. Israel, the maintenance guy, has been an enormous help during our move. He is quick and efficient in resolving any issues I have. Not only that, but the entire property is consistently clean and well-kept.
