Wonderful Leasing Manager
I couldn’t ask for a better luxury community to call my home! North haven has such beautiful landscaping and a peaceful living environment! Brooklyn the leasing manager is such a pleasure to deal with always there for me and my family. Come call north haven your home as well!!

Beautiful property
Cortland north haven is the place to be! Brooklyn and the team are always so friendly and always there whatever the case may be! Landscaping is so peaceful and the apartment homes feel just like a house with no responsibilities seeing as you have an attached garage every unit!

Brooks the best
I am a current tenant here at Cortland and I just needed to take the time to RAVE about Brook’s character and professionalism. I was in a position in life where I needed to move quickly and Brooke was up for the challenge. With her guidance I was able to move within days. Her positive and uplifting attitude and welcoming nature are what makes Cortland North Haven feel like a community, like a home!
