It is a very nice community, but their office lost responsiveness during the last year. I do not feel that my rights are protected here. I hope that the issues will be addressed, because we love being here in general

I will be relocating to a new city at the end of my lease in January. I will be so sad to leave, but I have nothing but great things to say about The Cortland. As a petite woman living alone, I feel very safe and secure and well taken care of in this community. I've been here for nearly a year and have had zero issues. I highly recommend this complex to anyone who enjoys peace, a tight knit community, beautiful landscaping and amenities, and the best little dog park ever.

The appliances are outdated flooring need attention! Bathroom needs painting. My building 11 had a fire upstairs a few years back , I should have mentioned I had smoke damage at that time I can’t believe it’s so difficult to get my apartment painted I’ve been here since 2009 . You would think it would be easy to get my living space updated.

I feel privileged to live here at Cortland League City. All the office and maintenance staff take very good care of the property and their residents. The property location is "conveniently located" here in the League City, Texas area.
