I would advise if anybody move on the backside of Highway six to avoid moving in. I hear everything all day. Make sure you also tour the actual apartment being lease because each unit differ in some type of way.

I have been living in these apartments since January of last year so coming up on my one year here and they are phenomenal. I have never lived in such a well taken care of complex before. The community is quiet and small. The buildings are maintained and clean. The leasing office and staff are just the nicest and so accommodating and helpful. Any problem I’ve ever had the maintenance team was on it so quickly either same day or next day. It’s been great living at Cortland west Houston!

We’ve been here for a few years and seen the new management take over. We love the monthly events and the coffee bar. They’ve painted the hallways and made a big difference. Overall happy we stayed.

I picked this place for the location and 24 hour gym access since I work late. It's proven to be a really nice place. Its small so it feels more homey. The office ladies are friendly and always offer my pup a treat. Now we can't walk by without going inside and he's getting chubby. Keep up the good work.
