I have lived at this location since 1999. I enjoy the location. Cortland took over around 3 years prior to this date and made wonderful improvements. Great place to live.

These apartments are great especially for the price. They’ve decorated them very nicely. They’re beautiful on the inside! The amenities are nice. The management team is actually incredible. It’s pretty quiet. The other residents are friendly and not intrusive or nitpicky. Everyone is usually friendly and polite. It’s pretty quiet. I’ve lived here for three years and I’ll probably live here for a few more. I know a few residents that have lived here longer than I have. We have a lot of long-term... residents and that’s always a good sign.
