Roaches get into literally everything!!! Even your fridge, microwave, dishwasher... They are everywhere!! Even in your food sometimes it's seriously disgusting and do not recommend living here. Can't get anything fix fast enough around this place, ever since I've been here the pool has been closed all last summer because it "didn't passed inspection"

The complex has gone horribly downhill once Western Wealth Management bought it out. My vehicle was vandalized. The gates have been broken for months. I have lost count the amount of times we have been without water, or no hot water. The office staff are terrible about following through to correct issues. It took 6 months for them to stop charging me lease violations for supposedly not having renter's insurance. I gave them proof that I did in fact have renter's insurance the entire time. They... charged me for two reserved covered parking spaces. It took them 3 months to correct that issue. My neighbor's unit is infested with mold. We pay for trash service that is rarely picked up as promised. The dumpsters are disgusting and consistently are overflowing with trash that spills out onto to the ground and takes days to be picked up. There is a racoon problem. If I could give zero stars I would! Please do not move here. Place is roach infested! The water is off every other day. Ladies in the office never answers the phones. The “manager” is never available. Currently terminating my lease. My car has been broken into. They were literal gun shots one morning. The gate is never locked. It’s been broken and no one cares to get it fixed for our safety. Please save your self the headache. This place is not suitable for anyone to live!

I don’t even know where to start with this place! We lose hot water at least once a week! Sometimes it is off for days! The pool and hot tub are disgusting, people were getting sick after swimming in it! And management does nothing about it except drain a little water and put new water! The pool is filled with black algae and they refuse to clean it properly! It took me four weeks of maintenance requests and complaining to the front office just to get my garbage disposal fixed! Good luck trying... to get a hold of anybody in the front office I literally called 42 times over three weeks and never got a hold of anybody once I had to walk to the office three days in a row complaining just to get anything done. Cops are here very frequently people walk through the parking lot at night and will shoot their gun off in the air for no reason. They lied to you about the referral credit. They will lie and tell you that they never put your name on the application just to avoid giving you the credit.
