Starling at Bridgeland Apartments

I have been living here for a little over two years, and this newest team has been so refreshing! The location has always been ideal for my family, but the team is what will keep us here another year or longer. The events have been so fun and the new food trucks that come through have been an exciting addition! Maintenance is responsive and reliable, and the office staff is always friendly and professional. They even sent me a check when I referred my coworker to live here!

Nice and clean apartment. Quiet neighbors. Nice swimming pool and amenities. Convenient location in beautiful Bridgeland surrounded by good shopping, and beautiful parks.

There is more weed smoke and very loud vehicles that are parking in handicap and no parking spots.

The package room is terrible. I have more damage packages and others that have been ripped open since the inception. I had less damage/theft when delivered to my door.

Nice build community. Amenities are good like Gym, Pool and BBQ place. Fitness Center has new machines. They take care of cleaning and maintenance of gym equipment regularly. Overall, good place to live.
