So far so good. It’s been a week and all has been well. The work orders I enter were said to be worked on in 24-48 hours, but that hasn’t happen. However, everything else has been good and the work orders are simple so I’m not upset, hopefully someone comes soon though.

Been a good experience but front office workers have changed often the past year and not sure what’s going on with that. But I like the area and it’s been pretty quiet lately

Awful

Avoid. Not sure how they have a high rating. Lived here 13 months staff is completely ignorant. There are thousands of apartments in Houston save yourself the headache and pick one of the others. Can't wait until my lease is up and I can leave.

Lack of staff concerns and negative or no response to emails or any form of communication, makes if difficult for me as a resident. I recently renewed my lease and I'm hoping that the next 12 months will be different, possibly improved.
