3700M was once an amazing place to live- then Cortland bought it out and it all went downhill from there. My lease renewal was given to me only 30 days before my lease was set to expire, when it did come through, they had raised my rent by 20% without improving the quality of the apartment or the amenities. The sauna is disgusting, constantly covered in old sweat and mold. There have been zyns stuck to the ceiling of my elevator for MONTHS and no one has cleaned it. The apartment prioritizes... influencers and people who don't actually live here to do the selling for them, while they disregard the concerns and safety of the actual tenants.

Not worth it - especially for the prices they charge

Pros:
-Sky leasing agent, Taylor bartender, and Chad bartender are awesome.
-neighbors are nice
-Thursdays with free food is awesome

Moving in experience was probably the worst in my life. Here’re the cons:
-I knocked out all requirements 6 weeks in advanced, received lease a day before move in.
-I scheduled to reserve the loading dock 2 weeks before, I showed up on time, and loading dock was unusable. My dad and I had to move all
The large green trashcans out of the way and ended up blocking...
traffic for 30 minutes because the loading dock is awful location (Same applied to move out. I spent 45 minutes removing fire hazards and pallets and trash, and trashcans the morning before move out because no one did it).
-after move in I couldn’t pay my lease bill for 8 weeks because of IT issues on their side.
-elevators were constantly down causing massive delays moving in/out and day to day life (often times only 1 elevator is available)
-apt gym also has workouts scheduled where they will remove everyone not joining.
-the pool apparently has chaperones and they treat residents like kids (more to be desired for adult life. Never had this at a high rise before)

Beautiful but not safe!

My husband and I have lived here for 3 years and within that time we have had our car stolen twice. After each theft we have asked to see the security footage and were told it was against policy for us to view. Just want to warn others what living here looks like!
