Beautiful but not safe!
My husband and I have lived here for 3 years and within that time we have had our car stolen twice. After each theft we have asked to see the security footage and were told it was against policy for us to view. Just want to warn others what living here looks like!

3700M really focuses on building a community that is fun, inclusive, and engaging. The weekly events and activities provide residents with new ways to connect and meet one another. I just moved to Dallas from a different state and the staff and residents made me feel so welcome!
