I lived at this property and was disappointed with my experience, especially with the way management handled my concerns. Communication was not always clear, and I felt the process regarding tenant charges and fees was not handled in a customer-friendly manner.

I hope management improves communication and provides a better experience for future residents.

I have physically been in my apartment for less than 24 hours, yet and have received the FULL meet & greet from the welcome party. I’m supposed to enjoy my brand new apartment- instead I feel like I’M the intruder.

Axis Kessler Park has an infestation of roaches and it’s not a small one. There are juvenile, adolescent, and adult roaches (biology teacher here) throughout my apartment coming from underneath spaces in the baseboards, above cabinets and around the cracks in the dishwasher. After... taking a quick walk down the hallways, I’ve noticed multiple bug bodies in the corners of door frames. Which leads me to assume this isn’t a first time occurrence and the nest was never actually addressed, “pest control” just came and sprayed the front door.

The negative reviews are not exaggerating. Please listen to them. Moving here was one of the worst housing decisions I’ve ever made.

From the day I picked up my keys, it’s been one issue after another. Norma was unprofessional and dishonest with me on move-in day. Jasmine seems to do the bare minimum and has shown very little concern for residents or resolving ongoing issues.

My apartment has flooded multiple times. My washing machine has never functioned properly, despite the numerous... maintenance requests I’ve submitted. Instead of fixing or replacing it, maintenance has essentially patched it together and insisted it works when it clearly doesn’t. I’ve repeatedly requested a replacement, but those requests have been ignored, forcing me to wash my clothes elsewhere.

The worst issue by far is the roach infestation. Despite everything I’ve experienced, I was denied a transfer to another unit unless I went through the entire application process again.

The only bright spot has been Emily. She has been kind, professional, and genuinely tries to help. Unfortunately, one outstanding employee cannot make up for the overall lack of professionalism, poor maintenance, and disregard for residents.

If you’re considering moving here, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. I genuinely regret signing a lease here, and I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. Read More

I moved in about a month ago. Very excited to be back in the neighborhood! Jasmine in the front office was excellent during the application and move in process. The 2bed 2 bath is perfect for my daughter and I. The dog park and property are very clean and well maintained. The pool is AMAZING!! I’ve got the sunburn to prove it. Oh! And 24 hr fitness is right next door

I lived at Axis Kessler Park for more than two years. It was a comfortable and convenient place to live. The community was well maintained, and the staff was helpful. The location was great—quiet area with easy access to downtown Dallas, parks, and nearby shops.
