As a resident, I expected professionalism, communication, and accountability, but that has not been my experience. It’s frustrating to feel that concerns are dismissed rather than taken seriously. Management has made me feel like my tenancy and concerns are not valued. I hope ownership takes a closer look at how this property is being managed because residents deserve much better

I am a long time resident at Cortland on McKinney. We love our apt. The residents are nice, the staff is exceptional and the location can't be beat. Next to Klyde Warren Park, walk to the AAC and restaurants. Safe building and area to walk.

I love living at Cortland on McKinney! The office and concierge are very friendly and helpful, and always try to anticipate our needs. You get an immediate response to any inquiries, and communication is outstanding.The maintenance team is usually there within 2 hours in response to any requests. They always show up with a smile, are respectful of our home, and quickly complete any tasks. You couldn't ask for a better place to live!
