Moda Apartments

DO NOT MOVE HERE. This property has a severe and ongoing mouse infestation both outside and inside apartments. Management was aware of the problem long before residents complained and still failed to act. It took over a month of repeated complaints before traps were set, and then those traps were left sitting for nearly two weeks with dead mice on them, not replaced or cleaned.

Mice are biting residents, including children. My dog is currently being treated for leptospirosis after being bitten... by a mouse that got into our apartment, which should tell you how out of control this situation is. There are clearly mice living in the walls, and management has done nothing close to proper extermination. Not to mention the cockroaches that are also all over The building.

Good luck ever getting in touch with the office. They are notoriously unreachable phones go unanswered, and you can literally watch staff decline calls. Emails routinely go days without a response, usually around three days if you’re lucky. The level of unprofessionalism is shocking.

Expect last-minute notices about building projects or office closures sent minutes before closing time. Elevators are constantly down, gates are frequently broken, and maintenance issues are never proactively handled.

There is a Section 8 complex directly behind the property, and children ranging from approximately 4–12 years old regularly break into the building to steal key fobs, vandalize property, break into cars, and access the pool. They have been caught breaking doors to gain entry. Calling security or the front office does absolutely nothing this happens daily and nightly. they’re constantly pulling the fire alarms day and night. They have you gone to the extent of breaking out the fire extinguishers and spraying them over cars and the elevator.

Adult toys have been found inside the apartment gym, which speaks volumes about the lack of security and oversight.
There’s also a giant pile of furniture that is just sitting on one of the floors where the parking is.

The only positive thing about this community is the residents themselves. Everything else from safety to sanitation to management is unacceptable. Save yourself the stress, health risks, and frustration. Do not move here.

Over the past year and a half, I’ve submitted multiple requests to have the windows addressed, as they’ve become extremely dirty and affect both the view and the amount of natural light in my home. I even invited the leasing office to come inspect the condition in person, but received no response.

On August 9, 2025, I sent a... detailed message to the property management company, Willow Bridge, outlining my concerns and asking for clarification on the property's policy regarding exterior window washing.

I finally received a response on August 21 from the Business Manager of the Moda, stating that she would look into getting estimates for the work. Since then, communication has stopped. I followed up with her again on September 11, and I’ve been completely ignored.

It’s now mid-September, and the windows are still filthy and haven’t been washed a single time — after over 20 months of residency, 15 months since my first request to have the windows washed and more than a month since I formally escalated the issue to the property management company.

If you’re considering moving into Moda, be aware that while the apartments may look nice at first glance, basic issues can go unresolved for long periods, and communication with management is often inconsistent or nonexistent.

This property has drastically declined since moving here two years ago. Most recent event, somewhere between 8PM July 26 and 8AM July 27, 30+ vehicles were broken into in the gated “secure” parking garage, some directly in front of the cameras.

The elevators are consistently being serviced and can be non-functional for months at a time. The leasing office could not be more unprofessional when handling escalated situations.

They also flag and remove negative reviews to create a false image of... reality living here. Lease at your own risk. Read More

There are many other apartments to choose from in the area that prioritize tenant safety and are nicer.
