What a dump. Cigarette butts and chicken bones all over the place. No air conditioning, just a "chiller."

For one person, my water and wastewater bill put together was over $60. This is unreasonable for 1 person. When I asked management to provide me with documents that they are legally required to give any resident that asks, such as the average utility bill for each unit over the past year, they said that they have a new owner, so therefore they do not have that information.

Upon looking over my lease contract, I found that the average water/wastewater bill in the previous year was "$49 per unit,... varying from $37 to $64 for the lowest to highest months bills for any unit".

These apartments have up to 3 bedroom units. Clearly, the highest number would be for a 3 bedroom unit with multiple occupants, & the lowest for a 1 bedroom with 1 occupant. My water bill should not be in the highest bill range.

I have been overcharged for water that I did not use. I am one occupant. There's no reason my water/wastewater should be that high.

Gas is another issue. I have asked them 3 times now was gas is used for, & they still have not answered. The weather was not cold in the bill time in question, so I know it wasn't for heat. I know it's not for hot water either, because the kitchen sink does not get hot enough to kill germs. My gas over $20 for one person who did not use heat?

My neighbor that has spoken to them about these issues says the gas is used for hot water & for people's dryers. The issue is my building doesn't even have hookups for washers &dryers. This neighbor said that there are only 9 meters in the whole complex for gas, which is way less than the amount of buildings. So, aka I'm paying for other people to run their dryers?

Laundry rooms. They either don't work, are inaccessible, or there homeless people camping out in them.

Dog poop everywhere around in the complex&in the dog park. They have "dog stations", but since I have moved in, they don't have bags in them. I bring my own bags with me. But most of these residents probably need them provided.

Also trash is everywhere all the time around the complex. Food trash too that my dog eats, gross.

I appreciate that these apartments are quiet at night for the most part&are a very good size. It's not the best neighborhood, let's be real, but it's the cheapest you'll find. I appreciate that management helped me get in quickly when I first moved in when I needed a place asap. They got things fixed quickly when I first moved in, but after that maintenance hasn't come for anything else I've requested. Read More

i just moved here about 15 days and i have to say im amazade with this property making you feel like your part of their family! i had a issue with stuff in my apt as soon as i reported and they came ASAP to fix the issues ! HIGHLY RECOMENDED !

The people at Estara are wonderful helpful the owner is tgerd if u need something they really take care of us I won’t live anywhere else

My service requests get done quickly. I like the size and quality of the units. I have just renewed the lease. A special shout out to Efrain in maintenance.
