David the new Maintenance Manager is Awesome

I submitted two maintenance requests and David, the new maintenance manager came and took care of everything plus he changed the filter for my AC which I had no clue needed replacing. He educated me on every issue and addressed them from knowing how to deal with power surges when it rains and the lights go out to making sure that my ice machine isn't overfilled to capacity for maximum usage. He grew up in the area and knows it like the back of his hand, so I feel confident that he is a great... choice to handle all maintenance issues here at Modera. Great hire Modera!
