I moved into Modera last May for two main reasons: the location and the management. It’s a quiet neighborhood while still being close to restaurants and nightlife, and the new H-E-B nearby is a great bonus.
Destiny was knowledgeable, genuinely proud of the community, and took the time to make sure I felt confident in my decision. After settling in, I can honestly say it was the right move. The office staff and maintenance team have been excellent, the property is consistently clean, and the... residents are friendly. I would definitely recommend Modera.

These apartments are top notch with equal top notch staff . Very nice amenities, also the ponds out back make it seem more like a home than an apartment. I’m looking forward to spending quality time here . Great place
