I had a wonderful experience w Aide office agent , she make my moving very lovely , safe and always followed up and kept me up to date on everything .

Not to long ago, I had an issue with the leasing of a new apartment and problems with the employees/manager who I talked to for days. I was looking for a more spacious place, but instead received a lot of problems. For starters, they decided it was alright to lease me an apartment with floor and wall defects, to such degree that whenever it rained, the apartment flooded. Not only that, but when I confronted them with my situation, along with other resulting problems such as amenities and service... disruptions, they decided to ignore and prolongue my situation. On top of that, whenever I try to call directly to the office, they either hang up, react in a very rude manner, and don’t seek for solutions. First things wrong with this apartment is the security. The gates are broken which lets anyone walk in at anytime. I have had a lot of packages stolen right in front of my door . The security is very dead over here and that scares me . The apartments don’t have a washer or dryer connection and even the laundry site is very dirty and unkept , I can’t get my laundry done here cause it’s nasty . The buildings look worn out and old and could use some renovations. I like the location cause it’s close... to everything but with the amount we pay the apartment needs to do better and honestly I don’t mind paying more if only they can get things right and new . I could keep going but I won’t and I hope this triggers y’all to do something about the apartment especially the security around me cause I don’t feel save anymore. Read More

No accountability with their maintenance employees, and staffs. Any maintenance work, will take more than 2-3 days to fix, and the excuse is always “we are short of staffs”. However, when it comes to rent money, they want in right on due date. They recently increase their rate ridiculously high, tbh with the area and the condition are not worth of the money. If you can avoid this apartment, do so!
