The building we live in, the stairwell is disgustingly filthy. I complained to the Property Manager and she said she didn’t see anything wrong with it.

They offer trash valet service, but it’s not reliable. They allow the residents to constantly trash the area with their own trash. Residents packages are continually stolen BY other residents and although they complain, nothing changing.

I tried to rent an apartment here around 9/8/25 but was ultimately denied. But before I was denied, I tried several times to find out what was going on. Lack of communication from the leasing office. They only have one leasing agent. I called and talked to the property manager and she was very rude. She said there was 4 red flags on my application. 1 was having a bankruptcy from 2017, which I do not understand what that has to do with getting an apartment. The other was having a mortgage,... which I do not have. She mentioned debt to income ration, but I make 6 figures so that does not make sense either. She sent me the leasing eligibility requirements and no where on there does it say you can't have a bankruptcy. I called her back and she was like there is nothing I can do about it. The whole process is dumb. Probably was a blessing in disguise as the apartments are very old and run down. It is in a run down neighborhood. I was only moving there because it is very close to my job and I was trying to save money on rent. Be very careful if you try to rent here. This apartment complex is not a safe place anymore. My 2019 cadillac escalade suv platinum was stolen last Friday at 11pm inside covered parking garage. I have been living in this apartment for 3 years and will not be renewing my lease with them. This is not the only theft activity that have happened in this area, unfortunately it’s happening more often.So, be careful and check on your car from time to time also management was handling this situation very poorly and didn't post anything about... this incident to warn their residents. The only good thing about this apartment is the location. Management doesn’t answer emails or phone calls, and the maintenance crew is a headache. We’ve had an ongoing leak/crack in our ceiling, and we’ve put in 3+ requests to have it looked at and fixed, and every time a worker comes out they say there is no leak … but since September the crack has tripled in size and there’s a huge water stain. They also always say “we’ll send someone out to paint over it” … which won’t fix the problem … and... no one has ever come back to do that. Also, any time maintenance comes to change light bulbs or fix something, they leave trash behind. They left old lightbulbs laying on top of our fridge and left a fluorescent tube from our closet on the ground. Our rent went up almost $200 after a year of living here and it is NOT worth it. They have no cameras outside, and I learned that the hard way when my car was broken into. I recommend living elsewhere. Read More
