I have resided at this property for almost 7 years, and very satisfied all around. It's really beautiful especially on the interior in the areas of office and coffee bar and recreation as well as the pool areas and landscaping. It's easy to access and the management has always been first class.

Although Sola is new here, I appreciate that they immediately got busy making repairs to the facility immediately.

It’s a beautiful community but I see why it is lower prices than surrounding properties. The management doesn’t care and will make you feel like a bother to ask anything even as a brand new resident. Several things wrong with the condition of the apartment.. minor things but still several things. I didn’t receive any kind of inventory list to mark the condition of the apartment when I first moved in. Very poor communication to help set up things, the nest app for air/heat, parcels. And when you... ask for help they’ll make you feel like you’re asking a dumb question. I just moved in 2 weeks ago and found a huge roach in my apartment. I don’t even know where to submit a maintenance request. So yeah I guess not a terrible community.. they just need to be better with communication and making sure all information is given so you don’t have to go back 10x to ask every little question. The building we live in, the stairwell is disgustingly filthy. I complained to the Property Manager and she said she didn’t see anything wrong with it.

They offer trash valet service, but it’s not reliable. They allow the residents to constantly trash the area with their own trash. Residents packages are continually stolen BY other residents and although they complain, nothing changing.

I tried to rent an apartment here around 9/8/25 but was ultimately denied. But before I was denied, I tried several times to find out what was going on. Lack of communication from the leasing office. They only have one leasing agent. I called and talked to the property manager and she was very rude. She said there was 4 red flags on my application. 1 was having a bankruptcy from 2017, which I do not understand what that has to do with getting an apartment. The other was having a mortgage,... which I do not have. She mentioned debt to income ration, but I make 6 figures so that does not make sense either. She sent me the leasing eligibility requirements and no where on there does it say you can't have a bankruptcy. I called her back and she was like there is nothing I can do about it. The whole process is dumb. Probably was a blessing in disguise as the apartments are very old and run down. It is in a run down neighborhood. I was only moving there because it is very close to my job and I was trying to save money on rent. Be very careful if you try to rent here.
