Garbage

Water issues all winter. Not hot water or kitchen sink just drizzles. Management does not care!!

Horrible, awful, repugnant

I’ve been here for 4 months and I’ve had my car clipped in the garage, neighbors party until all hours on the night with loud music and homeless people ride the elevator or stay in the stay stairway when it’s cold. Management does not seem to care. I am scared to leave apartment at night.

Awesome apartment and community

Moving to Dallas from SC, the leasing staff made sure I had an easy transition. Kudos to Stephanie, Evelyn and Garret. So far everything has been handled beautifully by the leasing/maintenance staff and management at Southside flats. I love my apartment and the view. Not to mention, the amazing move in deal. The building staffs has been so patient, friendly, attentive, and accommodating to anything I may need to help with my move in. The building and apartment units are gorgeous, the amenities... are great.

Meh ?????????????????????

Been here for a cew months now. It was ok but the gates are open on the weekend so snybody can parl. When there's an event ppl parks in the visitor parking. The tow company sucks. They NEVER do their job. Non residents parks in the garage. Ppl stomp that lives above you. Loud music from neighbors and ppl having a party on the rooftop. Office NEVER answer the phone. The access door has been pry open. For the money im paying, i dont think i will renew. And i was really liking the rooftop view.....
