I've been living here for 4 years. It's a quiet place, well located, and so far there are no problems, but perhaps more maintenance is needed in the common areas and more rapid repairs.

While the staff is friendly and helpful, the surrounding communities have made the stay at Gramercy sometimes difficult. Often, there are cars driving by with music blaring or there are people playing loud music into late hours. Additionally, the fitness center is often used by non-residents and there are trash throughout the community. I'm sure some things are out of the control of the management, but some should be taken care of by management.

The community is not feeling so safe. The kids in the community is very disruptive. Breaking gym equipment. Throwing rocks at the light poles in the community.
