Zero care factor

My daughter lives here. Elevator to her floor broken and they do nothing. Some dude pukes all down her hallway frequently and they do nothing. She got locked in the gym bathroom and there was no one to call who wasn’t in a foreign country. Unacceptable!

While elevators can occasionally experience mechanical issues, please... rest assured that we work diligently with our service providers to address any breakdowns as quickly as possible to minimize inconvenience to our residents. Additionally, we take all after-hours maintenance calls seriously, and our team is always available by calling our main office number at 972-664-4000—even outside of regular business hours.

We are also very concerned about the other issues you mentioned, including the cleanliness of the hallway and the gym bathroom incident. These are not the standards we strive to uphold, and we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to speak with either you or your daughter directly to learn more and work toward a resolution. Unfinished and Unpolished

The Boheme Apartment Complex has potential, but several issues prevent it from being a great living experience. While the location and modern design of the units are appealing, the overall management and maintenance of the property leave much to be desired.

One glaring issue is the unfinished work in the garage. Many of the columns are marked with spray-painted black squares, and there are taped pieces of paper hanging in various spots, giving the area an unprofessional and incomplete... appearance. This creates an unpleasant first impression and raises concerns about the attention to detail in maintaining the property.

Another major issue is the lack of trash cans on the fifth floor. This is inconvenient for residents and makes it harder to maintain cleanliness in the building. More concerning, however, is the absence of security cameras in the garage. This lack of surveillance has contributed to multiple car break-ins and other safety concerns, such as reports of homeless individuals sleeping within the complex, including on residents’ balconies. These incidents are unsettling and suggest a lack of adequate security measures to ensure residents’ safety.

While the complex has some positives, these ongoing issues significantly impact the overall experience. Until management addresses these concerns, it’s hard to recommend Boheme wholeheartedly. For now, it’s a solid 3 stars due to the safety and maintenance shortcomings. Improvements in security, completing unfinished work, and better attention to resident needs could elevate this complex to a more desirable place to live.

Regarding the unfinished work in the garage, we apologize for the current state and the negative impression it has created. The spray-painted markings and temporary signage are part of ongoing efforts with our contractors to complete the space. We are actively working to resolve these issues and enhance both the appearance and functionality of the garage to meet the standards our residents deserve.

We understand the inconvenience caused by the lack of trash cans on the fifth floor. Please know that we are reviewing our waste management plan to ensure all residents have convenient access to trash disposal options. Your feedback has been instrumental in prioritizing this matter.

Concerning your safety concerns, we want to reiterate that crime, unfortunately, has no address. We strongly encourage all residents to report any and all criminal activities to both our management team and the Dallas Police Department. These reports are vital in assisting law enforcement with identifying and addressing these incidents promptly.

Your acknowledgment of the potential of The Boheme and its positive aspects is greatly appreciated. We remain committed to addressing these concerns and continuously improving the living experience for all residents. I love love love this place!

Living at The Bohéme feels like being part of a lively and welcoming community. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that combines great location, excellent service, and a warm community vibe. I can't see myself living anywhere else in Dallas!

The team here is so accommodating and helpful. When I'm missing a package they stop what they're doing to come help me find it (even when it's right in front of my face).. Would give 6 stars if I could! 10/10 recommend living here!

*LOVE* this community

The Boheme Apartments in Dallas, Texas, is the best place to live in the Bishop Arts District because of its great location and lively community. It’s right in the middle of a fun neighborhood with lots of local shops, restaurants, and cool places to visit. The apartments are modern and comfortable with great amenities. Plus, it’s easy to get around with nearby public transportation and highways, making it convenient for both work and fun.
