While elevators can occasionally experience mechanical issues, please... rest assured that we work diligently with our service providers to address any breakdowns as quickly as possible to minimize inconvenience to our residents. Additionally, we take all after-hours maintenance calls seriously, and our team is always available by calling our main office number at 972-664-4000—even outside of regular business hours.

We are also very concerned about the other issues you mentioned, including the cleanliness of the hallway and the gym bathroom incident. These are not the standards we strive to uphold, and we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to speak with either you or your daughter directly to learn more and work toward a resolution. Regarding the unfinished work in the garage, we apologize for the current state and the negative impression it has created. The spray-painted markings and temporary signage are part of ongoing efforts with our contractors to complete the space. We are actively working to resolve these issues and enhance both the appearance and functionality of the garage to meet the standards our residents deserve.

We understand the inconvenience caused by the lack of trash cans on the fifth floor. Please know that we are reviewing our waste management plan to ensure all residents have convenient access to trash disposal options. Your feedback has been instrumental in prioritizing this matter.

Concerning your safety concerns, we want to reiterate that crime, unfortunately, has no address. We strongly encourage all residents to report any and all criminal activities to both our management team and the Dallas Police Department. These reports are vital in assisting law enforcement with identifying and addressing these incidents promptly.
