The Bowen on Henderson

This is one of many good reviews I will write about the Easton! We’ve lived here for a year and plan to sign for another year. This place stands off because of their incredibly attentive staff. There are so many examples I can give but I wanted to give appreciation of their actions this past week. We recently were alerted of a water pipe leaking that affected water access for the entire building. The water leak began early in the morning and residents were alert immediately of the water problem.... They had a maintained crew onsite immediately and we received updates on their progress throughout the day. Unfortunately, the water had to turned off for a majority of the day and into the evening. The office offered free water and pizza to residents that same evening and staff stayed in the office until 11:00 pm to ensure everyone had access to bottled water. I am blown away by the service and thorough communication of the Easton staff! Thank you for being so incredible!

This place has everything I need. The rent is reasonable, service requests are taken care of quickly and it has a bunch of amenities.

Cars are being broken into that are parked in the resident garage and the mail has been stolen/tampered with all throughout 2016. Safety is a major issue right now - go elsewhere!!!!!

After living in uptown area for the last 5 years, I was extremely excited to find the Easton. This property is amazing for many reasons. The overall quality is outstanding, whether it is the apartments, the landscaping, pool, courtyard, and even the parking garage. I absolutely LOVED the fun courtyard area with the gazebo, grill, and firepit; it was adorable and seemed like a perfect place to hand out after a long day. The pool has these plush lounge chairs and a cute waterfall feature. The area... is ideal with a number of restaurants and pubs/bars within walking distance. Most of all, I absolutely adore the staff!! Both Cindy and Kyrie ROCK!! They were welcoming, excellent with communication, super sweet when I wanted to check out the model again. And I can sense that they LOVE the community just as much as the residents do. So excited to call Easton home! Read More

My wife and I have lived here for almost a year and couldn't be happier with our apartment, location and management. Our 2 bedroom is huge and the rent is very reasonable. We enjoy the walkability to the bars/restaurants on Henderson and Greenville, enjoy the pool often and use the gym. On top of that, management is friendly and super responsive. Anytime that we've needed anything in the apartment, maintenance has resolved it within hours. We love living here and will be renewing the lease for... another year. Read More
