Great place to live!

Absolutely LOVE my new home!! The property seems to be very well maintained, maintenance staff and office are super friendly and quick to help. The location is perfect, walking distance to a lot of great spots! Will definitely recommend to others!

Best Apartment Community in Victory Park

Just WOW

This luxury apartment building is exceptional in every way. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city with restaurants, cafes, and shops all within walking distance. Sherridan, the leasing manager, is particularly fantastic—he’s incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. His professionalism and friendly attitude make all the difference. If you're looking for a combination of luxury, convenience, and outstanding... service, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

Consistent Quality, Great People

This facility is very well maintained. Hallways are clean, trash is managed, and the amenities are well kept. For example, the outdoor grill looks brand new due to how often it is cleaned. Additionally, the staff are very attentive and go the extra mile. Sheridan and Ryan are exceptional property managers that make consistent effort to ensure residents are happy at the Vista.

Best Apartments and Great Staff!

Love the property! Many attractions within walking distance. The maintenance crew crew is amazing and fast responding, Cesar is the best at it. With professionalism and kindness always a big smile doing the best job and supper efficient. The office crew super friendly. So happy to live here!
