My apartment itself is nice and the surrounding area is decent and quiet.

The cons - MANAGEMENT (they are very lackadaisical). If you go into the office they are very nice and appear to be helpful but it is all a façade. They don't answer the phone, take days to reply to emails and the property is not well managed. Huge safety issues --> garage gates are broken, most of the doors to enter the building are broken so anyone on the street can come in and the trash rooms are always filled. The... common spaces are half managed (some days ok, some days filthy). And packages are frequently "lost" because packages get left on the floor in the package room and many of the package lockers (which we pay an amenity fee for) are broken.

We leased a spacious corner unit for 14 months, and I have to say, it was a WONDERFUL experience!

It's a beautiful building, and it is extremely well managed property, in particular given the professionalism of the staff led by Taylor. I give this a 5 star (5 out of 5) ranking and as a suggestion to anyone looking to relocate to Dallas. My husband traveled out of the country for work on a regular basis and I always felt safe in his absence.

I moved in 2020 during COVID-19. The management team has improved quite a bit since I moved in. The amenities are great, although the pool is never clean. The apartment has a hard time keeping the hallways clean/untrashed. The valet trash company they hired are never consistent with time.

Lastly, the parking situation at this place is TERRRIBLE. If you want to invite friends over, GOOD LUCK. There is no parking anywhere unless you want them to park at the Target next door. They say the first... floor is for "visitors only," but they also let residents reserve spots there? The parking garage is a nightmare. There is never any room (if you don't pay $50 for a reserved spot. If you make it home after 10pm, better put your hiking shoes on because you're going to be parking on the roof. The maintenance team always takes care of the requests immediately and are always very nice!

I would absolutely recommend this community! Management and maintenance are very efficient. The amenities and overall package make it very attractive for residents.
