Terrible and Unresponsive.

I wouldn’t even know where to begin. The property itself is beautiful. that’s about it. however, maintenance is terrible and rude which is a bummer because EVERYTHING is always breaking. within 4 months of moving the only thing that wasn’t broken was our stove and sink. Management is awful as well, you can’t get ahold of them ever. It took almost a MONTH to get our AC fixed in the middle of july and it’s been 2 weeks with a broken dishwasher and dryer. Our microwave was LITERALLY hanging on to... the cabinet by a bottle cap and a screw. If i could afford it id break the lease YESTERDAY.

Great office

I went to see an apartment and had to wait about 20 minutes before being helped. I will say the girl acknowledges me when I walked in. Apologized and told me she would help me next. Then offered me a beverage and popcorn. They did not have what I was looking for but her personality was amazing. If you are needing an apartment asap go see Rachel.

Don’t Rent Here

I’ve lived here for 3 years, this is my third apartment in the complex. It’s terrible, don’t rent here. I can’t wait until my lease is up. These are old apartments, with problem after problem with maintenance issues. Maintenance takes forever respond to your request, my bathroom flooded as a result of them not responding in 3 days. Office staff is awful, they haven’t responded to calls and emails in at least a year.
