Horrible move in experience
It was contacted by the property manager and told me that I was approved for my lease and ready to move in on a certain day. Then the day of move-in I was told department was not ready and not cleaned. They offered me to move in on a Monday versus the Friday. I need to get in and I told him no. The girl at the front office told me that they can get someone to come out and clean my apartment the following morning , but nobody came. When I moved in, the carpet was soaking wet and the bathroom and... kitchen floors were disgusting. The office staff never followed up about getting it cleaned properly.
