Overall, I really enjoy living at Cortland Ridglea and have had a very positive experience. The community is well maintained, the team is friendly and helpful, and both the maintenance and pest control services are truly top tier. My only small suggestion would be to pay a little closer attention to details like making sure cabinet handles are installed straight and evenly. Other than that, I'm very happy here and appreciate the team for making Cortland Ridglea a great place to call home.

I'm glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews I found. I did the math and looked at the dates of residence for those reviews. A small percentage of people were unhappy, but are disproportionately represented on most online review forums. Cortland Ridglea has been largely pleasant experience with a few reasonable inconveniences which are almost always communicated for a largely reasonable price. Just about everything works as it's supposed to. Parking can sometimes be inconvenient but you can… always find a spot eventually. It has quite a pleasant atmosphere and ambience.

I have no issues with the maintenance team. My issue ie with Cortland Ridglea management. They are horrible concerning my issue with the air conditioner in this apartment.

I absolutely love living here! I’ve lived in other apartments and it always just felt like an apartment. These feel like a home. I’ve recommended two people here so far and one has already moved here and in december my other friend is because we all love it here so much! The community, the team, the appearance, is amazing and really does make a difference.
