I would strongly caution anyone considering living here. From day one, my experience was filled with problems that were never properly addressed.

Pest Infestation:
When I first toured the apartment, I noticed a roach in the bathroom, which should have been a red flag. The infestation was present from the start and only got worse over time. Roaches were everywhere, especially in the kitchen but also throughout the unit. Management did send pest control, but all they ever did was spray once per… request. It never helped, and they only came if I specifically called again. I eventually gave up requesting because it was clear their treatment was ineffective.

Maintenance Issues:
Maintenance was unreliable and provided poor-quality fixes. While they usually responded within a day or two, the work itself was unacceptable. For example, instead of properly fixing a broken kitchen sink drain, they just taped it, which only lasted a few days. Even worse, requests were often marked as “completed” without anyone ever showing up.

Misleading Leasing Practices:
Before signing, the leasing agent told me I would be moving into a renovated unit with fiber internet. Neither promise was true. The unit had broken countertops, missing shelves and latches, and was dirty at move-in. When I raised concerns, management claimed the unit was in fact renovated, which was obviously false. As for internet service, there was no fiber available at all.

Management:
On the surface, the staff were always polite and seemed friendly, but in reality they were dismissive. They never followed up to ensure problems were resolved, and their friendliness felt more like gaslighting, telling me everything was fine while nothing was actually fixed.

Move-Out Issues:
It has now been over a month since I moved out, and I still have not received any move-out paperwork or my security deposit. I have called multiple times, yet nothing has been provided. This lack of follow-through is consistent with how the property was managed the entire time I lived there.

Between the roach infestation, poor maintenance, and misleading leasing information, I cannot recommend this property. It was one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had. Read More
