The residential community in the Overture is constantly busy with events. Because I work full time I don’t attend many but I really enjoy the peace and tranquility of the complex with quiet respectful neighbors.

We found a great place to call our second home at ORD! We needed a central location in Fort Worth to set up an apartment for us to stay when coming in town to visit our family who lives in the area. ORD felt like home the minute we saw our first model apartment! We were able to stay overnight in a guest suite and that sealed the deal for us- we loved the location, the beautiful amenities of the complex, and the amazing staff! It is our home away from our main home located 4 hours away.

Overture River District is a well run community with great common areas and monthly events. I have neighbors I have known for almost 4 years. Great quiet and safe neighborhood.

It’s a great community to live in. There are lots of activities for everyone. The residence and staff are all friendly and welcoming. The apartments and facility are very well maintained. It’s a lovely place for active seniors!
