Horrible staff. HORRIBLE matienence. Obnoxious children in the neighborhood that bang on my door and ask for money, and nobody picks up dog poop after their animals go. Ive had so many bad experiences with matinence along with some of them flirting with my girlfriend while im at work. The management doesn't do anything for me unless I come into the office 4 days in a row. I regret signing my lease here and can not wait to leave.

I just moved in and the apartment has roaches. Infested with roaches. I am going to have to clean all of the drawers in the kitchen cabinets. They were not cleaned. Also, the toilet was not cleaned and still not clean. It has stains in it. The apartment was not cleaned properly. The tubs are not cleaned. I have asked for a new refrigerator because there are roaches in the refrigerator! No one came to address the issue. This is very disappointing and so disgusting! The doors do not Latch and… close properly. There is a hole in my bedroom closet. The kitchen stove needs an adapter because it will not fit in the plug that is in the wall. I’m not able to use my kitchen stove at all. I was in tears because I’m thinking I should have looked at other apartments.

I am currently a year an a half in this neighborhood and I would say it’s not that bad. It’s not perfect but it is a comfortable space to live as long as you don’t bother anyone.

Good experience, front office is great and no issues with neighbors. Every once in a while back gate is closed, best exit to get towards the park behind property but all and all maintenance crew keeps place up.
