I absolutely loved visiting this property. Jackie is such a sweet soul. She made me feel so welcoming. As we were walking 3 residents saw her and said hi to her by her name so I can see her making everyone feel like home. Property was so pretty.

Not worth it

Lived here two months and nothing has yet to be fixed. Moving it was a mess and I’m just waiting for my least to be up so I can leave

Towed our car randomly

They towed our car for no reason over Memorial Day weekend. We registered our vehicles, we pay our rent on time and we park where we are supposed to park. On the weekends our normal parking area is totally filled so we have to find other places. Then out of the blue my fiance wakes up and her car is gone. She's late to meet a client - has to pay $300 to get the car out of impound and meanwhile the only thing I Can do to help cheer her up is start giving her money to cover the cost - but we… didn't deserve that and didn't break any rules - so they need to make it right or I'm making sure people know what they are risking by living here.

Absolutely the worst experience of my renters life

Maintenance crews enter and leave every light in the apartment on all day. Moving and/or examining personal items they have no business moving. Staff is lazy, rude and act as if you were an undue burden on their lives. Trash is everywhere and they keep promising to get it under control and never accomplish it. The valet trash staff frequently misses days. The complex looks dirty and is not well maintained.

Not good experience

They charge too much when you vacate the apartment. I will Not recommend. If you still want to Move in, make sure that you take photos for each and every object when you move in and note down any damage you see. Check the counters, sinks, wooden frame below the sinks etc. Basically they expect you do a professional inspection when you move in. Even after that they will find ways to charge you.
